In Life Getting Motivated Can Be One of the Hardest Things to Do
I have been life coaching for 4 years on this topics and other, but in the economy we have I have found that many people have just lost their motivation to do anything.
Many of my new clients want me to just help them to want to get up in the morning, due to fact they think life is not worth living.
Many have lost jobs, homes and cars and think it's not worth trying now.
I have had to talk many into just wanting to get up and try to look at life and family so they don't lose them.
Most people put their life worth into the job, home or car they have, without thinking about family or impact they have on others around them.
This is where many training comes in; together we must find a way to help the client see they have a reason to keep going when things look ruff.
Many just need the ability to look at their selves in the mirror without thinking they are a failure.
This can be done in many ways from changing the way they think about happiness to just getting their mind to go another place when these types of thoughts come up.
But family has to get help to understand why people get unmotivated.
A man works 20 years at a company only to lose it all when the company goes under, this really can be one in a state of no motivation to do anything.
The first step in getting motivated is to let the person have a moment to be down and to get the pain of the loss of so much out, No one can expected to lose like that and just start over the next day like nothing happened.
But after a descent time only letting them come to terms with the lose then they must try to start again and this is where I and other life coaches come in if they are having a hard time doing this.
If this sound like or someone you know then get or help them to get so coaching on how to deal with this and get motivated to go on with life and job hunting.
