How to Store Canning Lids
- 1). Store sealed individual boxes of canning lids on a dry kitchen shelf or in the pantry at room temperature until ready to use.
- 2). Store bulk cases of canning lids in their original packaging in a dry location, ideally 50 to 70 degrees F, where they will not come in contact with water or moisture.
- 3). Store opened boxes of canning lids, taped closed so the lids do not fall out, in a dry location such as a pantry and keep away from moisture or contact with water.
