  • 3 cups leftover roast beef, diced
  • 32 ounce package frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped (or combination red and green bell peppers)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups beef gravy
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Cook Time: 360 minutes


  • Total Time: 360 minutes
  • Yield: 4 Servings


Preparation

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

May be cooked on high for 2 to 3 hours, and can be doubled for a larger slow cooker.
