- 1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped (or combination red and green bell peppers)
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups beef gravy
- salt and pepper to taste
- Prep Time: 0 minutes
- Cook Time: 360 minutes
- Total Time: 360 minutes
- Yield: 4 Servings
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
