How to Store Deli Ham Slices
- 1). Package sliced ham in a zipper-lock bag. Press the air out of the bag and seal the bag.
- 2). Place the plastic bag inside an airtight plastic or glass container and fasten the lid.
- 3). Store the container in the meat drawer or on the top shelf of your refrigerator, where the temperature is coldest. Eat the deli ham within two to four days of purchase.
