- 3 tsp.
gelatin - 250 g low fat or fat free yogurt
- 400 g low fat or fat free smooth cottage cheese
- 250 g mashed strawberries
- 8 whole strawberries and some mint leaves (for decoration)
- Put 1 tablespoon of cold water into a small cup, sprinkle the gelatin over it and allow swelling for 10 minutes.
Place the cup with the gelatin into a pot with boiling water and stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
Allow cooling down a bit. - In the meantime, mix the yogurt and cottage thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
Then add the gelatin and mix well. - Spoon half of the cheese-yogurt-mixture into another bowl and mix it with the mashed strawberries.
- Then fill a layer of strawberry cream and afterward one of cheese-yogurt cream into four high dessert glasses.
Put them into the fridge for a few hours until the cream is firm.
