Three Ways To Prevent Cancer
People say “better safe than sorry." I totally agree with that statement.
I will now reveal three ways to prevent cancer.
1. Take A Lot of Antioxidant rich foods
Eat a lot of tomatoes. It has been found that the risk of developing cancer falls by 40% with a diet rich in tomatoes. Tomatoes are rich in lycopene, an antioxidant which is found in the red skin.
Garlic too is good for preventing cancer. Garlic and onions are rich in allicin which stimulates the production of anti-cancer pase-2 enzymes which defends our body cells from injurious carcinogenic substances and even slows the development of some types of cancers.
Onions also contain a powerful antioxidant called quercitin which has been found to have the ability to catch free radicals and halt the development of tumors.
Brocolli is rich in isothiocyanates which can reduce the risk of developing lung cancer. It is also rich in lutein, a powerful antioxidant good in fighting colon cancer.
2. Reduce Your Intake of High calorie foods
The sweetest foods seem to be those laden with fat. Unfortunately however, it has been found out that the fatter people are the more likely to suffer from cancers.
The cancerous cells seem to have work for the idle fat!
Cut out all foods rich in calories such as chicken and French fries, hamburgers, doughnuts and meat pizzas.
These high calorie foods will kill you. They have also been heavily linked to diabetes which experts believe is caused when your body has more calories than it can use.
Rather turn to eating low calorific foods, especially those rich in fiber and antioxidants such as vegetables whole grain bread.
