About mid way through the pregnancy the baby will be about 6 inches long.
3rd trimester Starting from the 29th week of pregnancy to the 41st week it is the third trimester.
The baby is totally grown by the 38th week.
At the beginning of the 3rd trimester you'll see more movements in the baby as the kicks will be stronger.
Lungs will begin to form and the baby will start practicing respiring and sucking.
The baby will be in a position to open his/her eyes and see around.
At the end of the 38th week the baby will be totally grown in weight and height (according to your condition) and your cervix will grow soft in the preparation of kid birth.
