Hi, my name is Noel. Master hair stylist and owner of Noel New York Salon and Boutique. I'm here today to talk to you about how to create a healthy hair regimen. But before you start any regimen, always speak to your health care provider. First thing I'm going to tell you to do is always drink doctor recommended eight glasses of water every day. Second make sure you're washing your hair weekly. Start by using a shampoo or conditioner that's made specifically for your scalp. Nioxin is one of my favorites. After you've washed and shampooed and conditioned your hair, want to make sure that you're using something like a leave in conditioner or keratin based leave in that could help enhance your hair's healthiness. One of my favorites is the keratin complex infusion by Kapola. Last but not least before you blow dry your hair you want to always make sure that you're using a heat protector and actually before you start to flat iron your hair. One of my favorite heat protectors is Catwalk hot spray. Last but not least, you want to make sure that at night you're protecting your hair. A great way to do that is by using a silk or satin pillowcase. You'll be amazed at your hair in the morning. Well that's it. Thank you for watching.
