Exercise is Vital to Your Health
I don't know about you, but I think it is disheartening to see so many people losing their health because their mind is preoccupied by so many other issues that they put priorities in.
If you happened to ask one of them as to why they are not doing much exercises, they would most probably tell you that they don't have that kind of time.
They are more worried about not making enough money or not climbing the cooperate ladder fast enough to be ahead of their colleagues than their deteriorating health.
Exercise is vital to your health and everyone knows that, but why are most people still not doing it even though they know it is ultimately their body which will benefit from it? 1.
Health Problem? Not Me Most people think that illnesses will not knock on their door and these health problems will not happen to them.
Hence, they assume that they can wait till the 'right' time to do it.
But you can wait till the cows come home but they will never start.
2.
The 'will do it tomorrow' Attitude These people are thinking of doing the exercises tomorrow and that in most of these cases, their 'tomorrow' never comes.
They are delaying their plan to exercise and in doing so, they are accelerating their way to increasing health problems.
3.
No Time to Exercise This excuse is the most ridiculous because when you take one step back to look at their daily routines, most of the time you can come to a conclusion that they have poor time management.
Time is fair and it gives each and everyone of us 24 hours a day.
Have you come across anyone who actually has one extra hour more than you? The answer is obvious.
I suppose one will have to know the benefits of exercise in more detail prior to seriously taking it up on a regular basis.
Apart from relaxing our body, improving our body flexibility, toning muscles, improving stamina, controlling body mass and other benefits our body will get, there are indeed other good reasons why exercise is vital.

Do you get it? You are killing two birds with one stone.
Both your health and job benefited tremendously from it.
• When you start to exercise, you will inevitably feel healthier and when you feel healthier, you will naturally feel more confident of yourself.
Your level of self-esteem will improve to help you with your everyday challenges.
Time will wait for no man so start today to plan out your exercise schedule.
Make exercises a regular routine and stick with it discipline.
