Now I strongly recommend that you accept these rules to yourself.
Repeat the following sentences aloud ten times each: "It's A Sin To Be Overweight" and "I Hurt Myself In The Long Run By Being Overweight".
If you accept these two beliefs as true and live yourself with these, you will never have any trouble losing weight.
You will not experience any motivational issues.
Your inner game when it comes to weight loss is handled.
