Drink lots of water.
Avoid drinking soft drink as it has too much sugar in it.
The carbon dioxide in the soft drink is also not good for your stomach and makes you burp a lot.
It is best to drink mineral water because it doesn't have many toxic chemicals in it and the minerals with help your body heal itself.

Exercise every day.
I know this is common sense but exercising can give you so much benefit.
Not only would it make your skin looks younger, it can prevent diseases from occurring.
The recommended amount of exercise you need is at least three times a week.
