- 1). Apply clear polish as a bottom coat to all of your fingernails.
- 2). Apply glitter polish over the clear polish coat.
- 3). Sprinkle the arts and crafts glitter onto the nails and allow to dry.
- 4). File nails to shape once nails are dry.
