How do I Use Perfume Right?
- 1). Spray one spritz from a bottle of perfume directly onto one or all of the pulse points of the body. Pulse points are the areas of the body where the blood vessels are closest to the skin. The heat provided by the blood vessels helps make the smell of the fragrance more intense. Pulse points include the inside of the wrists, behind the knees, the neck just below the chin line and the inner elbows, according to Scent of Jerusalem.
- 2). Spray the perfume into the air in front of you one to two times and step into it. This will evenly distribute the perfume over the rest of your body. This step can be performed with or without clothing, depending on personal preference.
- 3). Spray perfume onto clean hair one to two times. The perfume will linger longer in the hair, which makes the scent linger around you longer.
