1 pint coffee ice cream
1 1/2 cups whipped topping
1 pint dulce de leche ice cream
Preparation:
1. Place a nonstick foil in a square pan leaving 2 inches of it overhanging on two sides.
2. Grate 3 oz bitter sweet chocolate.
3. Arrange the ladyfingers halves on the bottom pan slightly overlapping.
4. Brush the ladyfingers with coffee liqueur.
5. Place 1 pint coffee ice cream in large bowl and stir until it smoothens (but not melted). Spread it on the first layer of ladyfingers and sprinkle it with half of the grated chocolate and 1 and 1/2 of whipped cream. Place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
6. Repeat the step 5. After doing the next layer cover them with foil till it freezes within 3 hours (firm). Peel the foil off and garnish with chocolate curls.
