Exercise for Coping with Depression
Before i was able to cope with my depression, due to some truely amazing tablets that i found online, i used to rely on regular exercise to get some relief. I found that cycling really helped me to get my mind in another place, that was so much better. After all, when your out and about on a bike, cycling the streets, you need to concentrate on whats around you, obviously, otherwise you'll end up having some kind of accident.
If your not a person for regular exercise, then why not gradually work your way up to it, until you can manage to cycle often. Also, why not contact a friend or two, and ask them if they would like to cycle with you. It really is a great way to get in shape, and to have fun out and about, instead of being stuck indoors bored stiff. Also, it can be a lot of fun choosing your new bike, and adding new bits on to it, such as lights, mudguards, and ungraded parts, such as a lighter more comfortable saddle.
I still cycle often, and prefer to go in the evenings, when theres not so much traffic about. I go on the cycle paths mainly, as thats what they are there for. It's a lot better than having cars nearly knocking you into the hedge, because they can't judge the distance between them and yourself properly. The most enjoyable bike ride for me, is across the cycle path near the beach, so if you have one of them near by, then i'd recommend you giving it a go. If not, then why not put your bike in the back of your car, if you have one, then drive to your nearest beach.
You'll find that after a few bike rides, when your bodys adjusted to the regular exercise, you really start to enjoy it, and it will give you some meaning to your life. The worst thing anyone can do, is to just sit at home depressed and wondering what to do, from one minute to the next. I've been in that situation, and it was no fun at all, i just felt so much worse that way. So take it from me, when i say, get out and about cycling, as it will really help you to cope with that horrible depression your going through right now.
If your really low right now though, then i would highly recommend that you give Lithium Balance a go. These tablets contain a natural form of organic lithium, and are a great mood enhancer, that will give you the drive to get on with your life.
