    Facial Oatmeal Scrub

    • 1). Grind oats to a powder using a blender or coffee grinder.

    • 2). Mix oat powder, brown sugar, aloe vera gel and lemon juice. This will form a paste.

    • 3). Dampen skin, then massage paste onto face for several minutes.

    • 4). Rinse face with warm water and pat dry.

    • 5). To use this scrub on your body, triple the recipe.
