Did you know that research is beginning to emerge that suggests that fat in high-fat foods can actually cause you to feel tired all of the time? It also causes mental fatigue. Think about it. If you don't remember, the next time you have a sugary snack that triggers your insulin to produce more, you will soon feel a slump of energy. Doctors say that this is because your blood actually becomes thicker and thus, you will feel €sluggish.€

So, how can you lose weight quickly and not be so fatigued all of the time? You simply must, and I say again,must figure out and examine how much dietary fat you are consuming. You don't have to do necessarily by grams, or calories because you know how much fat you are eating if you are eating mostly fast foods or all you can eat buffets full of starches such as corn bread, biscuits, macaroni and cheese, and a lot of veges are full of starch. Those starches turn to sugar as they are processed in your body and I call it the fat train picks it up and deposits it on the hips, thighs, buttocks, and even as far up as your cheeks! Whoa! Who wants that?

You must keep a close vigil or watch on what you put into your mouth each moment of each day. Otherwise, you will fool yourself that you have €been good€ and you won't understand why you aren't skinny or smaller than you were before and why you are so fatigued? We are sometimes our own worst enemy and by rewarding ourselves with food, we are actually sabotaging ourselves to not lose weight quickly.

Instead, begin a regimen of consistent, daily exercise of some kind that gets your heart rate beating significantly, without causing too much stress on your heart. Start off slowly and work yourself up to a thirty minute walk a day. Anything that gets your heart pumping. Change your diet to that diet that even your mother would be proud of!
Find a supplement to get your metabolism in gear, only after your doctor approves it, and not while breastfeeding. Get moving, your new body awaits!
