      Accordion folding your shirt will make an accordion pattern. Experiment with a variety to find your favorite, or mix them up for a crazy pattern.

    • 6). After scrunching your shirt, you can quickly dip it in a bucket of bleach, or spritz it with bleach from a squirt bottle. It is safest to use a 50% water, 50% bleach solution. Use gloves to protect your hands, especially if you have sensitive skin.

    • 7). Allow your shirt to sit with the bleach solution on it for 5-10 minutes. You will probably be able to see the color change in the shirt. Once it reaches the desired color, place the shirt in a bucket of 50% vinegar, 50% water. Vinegar will neutralize the bleach.

    • 8). After 5-10 minutes, place the shirt in a bucket of water, which will remove the vinegar and any remaining bleach.
